Frequently Asked Questions
Is my car key stored securely?
Yes, absolutely. We operate a fully secure facility with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Your keys are tagged and stored in a safe place that is only accessible by authorized management and the detailer assigned to your vehicle.
Can I book a wash without parking?
Our car wash services are currently exclusive to customers utilizing our parking facilities. This ensures we can provide the highest quality service within the time your vehicle is with us.
What if my return flight is delayed?
You need to give us minimum 24 hours notice to get the car cleaned on the new return day.
Do you charge extra for very large vehicles?
Our SUV/4WD pricing covers most standard large vehicles. However, excessively large vehicles like long-wheelbase vans or small buses may incur an additional surcharge. Please contact us for a custom quote.
