When you make a booking, we share your email address and mobile number with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form, so we can measure how well our advertising works. We also send Google the amount paid and the booking reference so the booking can be measured as a conversion. We do not send your name, vehicle details or booking dates to Google for this purpose.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors use our website — for example which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked and how far visitors get through the booking form. We do not record session replays, and we do not send the personal details you enter into our booking or contact forms (such as your name, email address, phone number or vehicle registration) to PostHog. You can opt out of analytics by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by contacting us using the details below.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking. If you arrive from a Google ad, Google sets cookies such as _gcl_aw so that a later confirmed booking can be attributed to the ad that brought you to our site. You can limit this by adjusting your Google ad personalisation settings or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
