1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Best Value Car Parking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

By making a booking with Best Value Car Parking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
• Arrive at the facility on the date and time specified in your reservation
• Pay the applicable parking fees as quoted at the time of booking
• Retrieve your vehicle by the date and time indicated in your booking

3. Payment Terms

Payment is processed at the time of booking or upon vehicle collection. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Additional charges may apply for extended stays beyond your booked period, premium services, or add-ons such as car wash services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time may incur a 20% processing fee
• No-shows or cancellations after the check-in date will not receive a refund

5. Vehicle Storage and Liability

Best Value Car Parking agrees to provide secure parking facilities for your vehicle. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle:

• Vehicles are stored at the owner's risk
• We strongly recommend removing all valuables from your vehicle
• Vehicles should be properly secured with all windows and doors closed
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents caused by events beyond our reasonable control

6. Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from the airport terminals. Shuttle availability is subject to demand and operating conditions. We make every effort to minimize wait times but cannot guarantee immediate availability at all times.

7. Car Wash and Detailing Services

Any car wash or detailing services booked through Best Value Car Parking are performed by third-party contractors. While we ensure all contractors are professionally vetted, Best Value Car Parking is not liable for any damage caused during the service delivery. Claims must be made directly with the service provider.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our premises:

• Commercial activities or solicitation
• Storage of hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances
• Vehicle repairs or maintenance
• Illegal activities of any kind

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
